I provided the best customer service that I ever had in my life and was awarded because of it. I was not alone in the service that I provided. Even prior to the last few years American Airlines had a policy to provide water to passengers stuck on the tarmac for waits longer than 20-30 minutes. We have the technology available to put the airlines out of business if we were to change the "culture" of business travel and just use the tools that we already have.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-707867399612105511.post-58132643756763892882007-06-26T12:21:00.000-07:002007-06-26T12:21:00.000-07:00"No Diversions included: Those DOT data do not inc..."No Diversions included: Those DOT data do not include the 101 American Airlines and American Eagle planes from California that were diverted to Austin and other points, then sat on the tarmac for at least 5 hours on December 29th, 2007."

That's six months out.
Has a psychic joined your ranks??B717Captainhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12157235395962592024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-707867399612105511.post-65502092184976451682007-06-16T00:41:00.000-07:002007-06-16T00:41:00.000-07:00Check out anouther site I think you all would like...Check out anouther site I think you all would like http://www.jetbluecrewmembers.com and http://www.airtrancrewmembers.com

Need a flight attendent or CSA uniform or ramp uniform?

Need flight attendent manuals?Maggie Productions Bloggerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03987625407090127506noreply@blogger.com
